Messenger Ministries
offers consultation with regard to legal standing to individuals and
groups that engage in disparate ministerial activity.
Messenger Ministries stresses communications with associates through
its newsletter: MINISTEERING addresses practical theology, biblical
themes, ministerial ethics and law.
Messenger Ministries is open to any professional in ministry who shares
the beliefs honored by Christians. Messenger Ministries' members allow
for differences among believers and maintains focus on beliefs central
to the faith.
Messenger Ministries' members are also dedicated to personal and professional
development that prepares them to be able ministers of the New Testament;
not of the letter, but of the spirit; for the letter killeth, but the
spirit giveth life (2 Corinthians 3:6). This includes embracing and
encouraging individuals who have fallen toward grace, forgiving (2 Corinthians
2:5-11), accepting them, and honoring their God-given potential for
continued service by bolstering them with generous and honest expressions
of God's love (Romans 12:9,10; 13:8,10; Galatians 5:14) and practical
assistance (Galatians 6:1,2).
Messenger Ministries rejects the unscriptural competitive environment
that plagues many Christians, churches and organizations (1 Corinthians
3:3-8; 2 Corinthians 10:12). Messenger Ministries encourages spiritual
liberty among members of the Body of Christ. Messenger Ministries enables
Christians to share with one another according to biblical teachings
and plans outlined in the Word of God.
Messenger Ministries, much like a local church, receives members who
satisfy its requirements, at no charge. It is assumed that members will
support Messenger Ministries through tax-deductible donations.
Messenger Ministries provides an application form for individuals, churches
and other Christian organizations seeking membership.
